The Opportunity 
Nutanix is seeking a highly strategic and seasoned alliances leader to serve as the Senior Director of our NVIDIA Partnership. Reporting directly to the Vice President Business Development & Ecosystems, you will be the primary business owner responsible for accelerating our strategic alliance with NVIDIA. As enterprise customers increasingly adopt AI and machine learning, this role is critical to driving joint Go-To-Market (GTM) execution, fostering technical alignment, and bringing integrated Nutanix Cloud Platform and NVIDIA AI Enterprise solutions to market.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong executive presence, a deep understanding of AI infrastructure, and the ability to balance near-term execution with long-term strategic account expansion. You will shape our global alliance strategy and deepen Nutanix’s position as a trusted partner in the AI era.

Our team collaborates cross-functionally with Systems Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver differentiated, outcome-based solutions to our customers. Your Role
  • Act as the strategic business owner and primary executive interface for the Nutanix and NVIDIA partnership.
  • Drive highly visible, strategic initiatives that accelerate joint GTM motions, co-selling programs, and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders at NVIDIA and within Nutanix.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to ensure tight alignment on joint solutions, particularly around AI, GPU virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Define and execute global alliance planning, including whitespace analysis, enablement strategies, and multi-year expansion initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel to maximize pipeline creation and influence in strategic deals.
  • Own the rhythm of the business for the partnership, including QBRs, executive check-ins, and performance tracking against shared OKRs.
What You Will Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner management, or enterprise tech sales, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global, tier-1 partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of the AI ecosystem, GPU infrastructure, and hybrid multi-cloud environments.
  • Proven track record of building and executing global GTM strategies with major technology partners, resulting in significant joint revenue growth.
  • Exceptional executive presence, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority across matrixed organizations.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong business storytelling and operational rigor.
  • Authentic, collaborative leader who builds trust and drives cross-functional alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Work Arrangement: Remote This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.

Pay Transparency The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $256,800 to $514,800 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
